Johsun's New Office For Commercial Activities Has Opened
On April 1st, 2016, Johsun's new office has been opened. The all members of marketing & sales department, moved into new office after one week.
According to Johsun's general manager Johnson Wu's layout, the new office is with 200 m2 area, and designed for carrying out our business activities more efficiently and professionally.
At our first meeting after moving into the new office, our entire staff came together to set and discuss new annual sales goals and plans. The conference room was filled with excitement, and everyone expressed their expectations and ambitions for the future.
First, we reviewed last year's sales performance and market trends, combined with analysis of industry development trends and competitors, to set challenging but feasible sales targets. We have clarified indicators such as sales, market share and customer satisfaction, and set corresponding specific figures and time nodes.
We then had an in-depth discussion about how to achieve these goals. Representatives from various departments spoke actively, shared their experiences and ideas, and proposed sales strategies and promotion plans in their respective fields. Participants interacted and communicated to continuously optimize and improve the plan to ensure that every link can effectively support the realization of the overall sales target.
At the end of the meeting, we developed a comprehensive and specific annual sales plan. The plan covers specific measures and timetables in market research, product innovation, marketing, sales channel expansion, customer relationship maintenance, etc. Each department has assumed clear responsibilities and tasks, and determined corresponding performance appraisal indicators.
The completion of the new office has brought significant opportunities and challenges to the company's development. We believe that with the support of the new office, the company's business will be more efficient and professional, and will continue to move towards higher goals!
